Baymont Inn & Suites Fort Smith, Fort Smith

My family and I have traveled to Fort Smith twice and love the area, the atmosphere and the people. Well for the most part.....we stayed twice 3 days the first time and only one the second. We left shortly after we arrived the second time. The air conditioners did not work, the bathroom was falling apart and we did not know better. The hateful host said they were getting ready to remodel. We tried again and it was worse. We left. We will never make that mistake again!

I was very dissapointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain had mold on it. When I dropped something on the floor I found other peoples stuff behind the bed. The bed was comfortable and the people that worked there were nice. Would not stay there again because of the overall uncleanliness.

my husband stayed at the inn in fort smith on 6/27/06. his debit card had 216.72 in room charges and he only stayed one nite, when i called to find out what had happened the lady Ann that i spoke to told that the charge was for using his debit card,also that he paid cash for two movies, he checked in late and i questioned the two movies. she told me he paid cash for the movies, which she said were adult. i ask my husband about this when i heard from him and he told me that he rented Ice Age, and made a mistake and rented lord of war, so i am questioning why she told me that my husband rented adult movies, i would not stay in this place again if it was free, give me a break, not a break up also the service is terrible, there was snot on the towels and the room was dirty, ladies don't let your husband be used for this ploy, because it is wrong.

All the staff were incredibly nice. There was no problem having my little dog with me. I saw several pets, but never heard them. The rooms are kept clean & pleasant. This place had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. They had a very good variety for breakfast and a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely go back. The price for such a nice place was incredible. We got more than our money's worth! Thank you to the staff at Baymont for a wonderful stay.
