Complete nightmare, food is comparable to a dodgy chip shop, Pork chops, fish, salad chips, Thats about it... For all if an good reviews you people really are easily satisfied and don't know what other 3 star hotels are out there that outclass this place hands down! The snack bar consisted of the left overs of the previous meal The rooms were tiny, shower ( Have one before 4 pm ) otherwise you'll be soaked from the water upstairs only and there will be a tiny drizzle with an awful smell of sewerage to contend with. The staff are miserable, unhelpful and frnkly don't give a damn about you. The dining area is an accident waiting to happen, whilst there spillages on the floor were not attanded to and one poor old lady slipped banged her head, my wife and another person sitting next to us helped her up, NOT ONE PERSON FROM THE STAFF HELPED AT ALL. THEY WATCHED FROM AFAR AND SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS!! When reporting the leak in the bathroom, a Maintenance worker came in and said it was safe, The water was dripping from and exposed wire light.. Please Please Consider my plea when I say to you YOU WILL REGRET IT if you visit this place. I say this as I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to spend their hard earned money and want to come home after a day.. Steve ( Coventry )
