Bad experience

This was one of the worst place we ever stay at,We had a main floor room was great,But they put a family with small kids,who was running arouind the room and stomping their foot all night long,I did go to the front desk to complain,But even when the desk clerk went to tell them to control their kids,it did not stop.Any motel should not put family with little kids upstair rooms.These people who were upstair didn't have any consideration for others.I will not stay here again.My room was 131.Will not recomment this motel to anyone.

Motel 6 - clean and frill-free

It was a clean place to sleep and shower and not much else. The mattress was firm (good thing in my opinion). I wish Motel 6 would put clocks in the room.

Plain & Mushy

We stayed there in May 2008. The place was clean and fairly quiet but the beds were HORRIBLY MUSHY. I woke up with a backache and so did my friend. The decor was old and the bathroom toilet needed repairing, it ran all night long.

It's nice

It was a nice room if your looking for something not too spendy. The room was clean and they had just redone the motel when we stayed. But over all it was a good experience. The rooms are standard though if you just need a place to shower and sleep its priced well and comfortable and clean.

Quality lodging in Coos Bay

We stayed at the Motel 6 Coos Bay in August 2004 (My wife, young daughter, and I). The room we stayed in was clean initially, and cleaned daily by nice, friendly maids. We left a small tip each day and our room was cleaned excellently and with any small request honored. I wished there had been a small refrigerator to keep my catch cold since I had caught some nice fish in Charleston while I was there, but again it's a motel, (although they had a great free ice machine directly next to my room, believe me, I used it :)). Never had a problem with parking, and at $55.00 per night, it was a good value. No hassles whatsoever, I highly recommend it!
