Grand Hotel S. Pietro, Centola

This hotel has fabulous views but having said that it needs to do a lot to be on a par with what most of us expect from a 4 star hotel. the food I would rate as 3 star and have had better at 3 star, The main complaint from most people was the fact that hot food was not served hot and had to ask each evening to have the soup served hot.The quality was ruined by the fact everytning was served so cool.I can eat cold carrots but draw the line at cold spinach!It is positioned in the centre of the village so that is useful, but feel that Palinuro needs to make more effort to attract the more well travelled visitor this hotel is in a good position to make more of it's self.
