Quality Inn Branson, Branson

We had our family reunion there recently. The management let us have the breakfast dining area for the early meet n greet. Saturday after breakfast cleanup they let us have the dining area and the kitchen so we could cook the family meal. We left it as or cleaner than we found it. Mom was so grateful she sent pieces of her world famous apple pie back to the staff. The rooms were in good shape and there was no hootin' or hollerin' late at night. Me and that steep hill had to come to some kind of understanding, but I had to admit climbing up and down that I was getting more exercise than usual, so that was a good point. I didn't see of the bugs and vermin I've seen written about in this hotel's review. Everybody's got bugs and there is no human dwelling that is bug proof. I wonder if those bugs had escaped from the reviewers own luggage, from their own house? I didn't see them because the staff were quick to respond?

Bathroom door wouldn't close, strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room, had a roach wake me up one morning running across my face and saw one on the wall. Use at your own risk.

The only good thing i can say...The breakfast was good! Had to walk a long hill to get breakfast...And Even longer hill to take the dog out to potty.!!!! Was a BiG spider on the wall next to headboard as soon as we arrived in room!! I would not advise anyone to stay here; And I Will NEVer stay again!!!!

My husband turns me loose once a year and a girlfriend and I have stayed here twice. As far as we are concerned, it is our place to stay. We are hoping to bring two more gal pals next year. Maybe we've just been lucky both times we've stayed there, but we certainly have no complaints. The room was clean when we arrived and kept clean all week. The price is right for the location.

The location on SR 76 is great and close to many shows and attractions. The room was nice and quiet on the back side with a nice view, and the beds were comfortable. The full breakfast was very good with a very friendly staff. The dining area is nice, but it is an uphill walk to get there which may be somewhat difficult for folks who have walking difficulties. Overall, it is a good place to stay and the room rates are very reasonable

We made our reservations 7 months in advance and they still messed it up! We have been going to Branson for 8 years on the same weekend every year and every time we have problems with the male manager. When we checked in, we paid with cash and they still charged it to my debit card! When I asked for an explination from the manager, all I got was "You had a choice whether to stay here or not." That guy shouldn't even be worthy of a nametag, much less a staff. They won't get our 6 rooms next year!

the location is alright but rooms are very small. table was shoved up against window sill with no room to move around beds. no furniture but a small night stand and a very small drawer big enough for the tv thats it.no where to set luggage. the stair wells are full of carpet rolls. don't know if it is to be put in but not enough room to get by.if you have kids i would suggest somewhere else. too small for more than 2 people.

We drove through the night and got to the hotel about 1:00 a.m. I had two small kids with me and they were sound asleep. The person at the front desk was nice in helping us check-in. When we got to the hotel room.....OMG!!! It was pathetic. Dirty carpet, BUGS (and I don't do bugs!!!). I started calling around for a hotel and we ended up moving the very next morning!!!! The Quality Inn pictures shown on the website are NOTHING like the real thing.

Service: By day, the staff are nice. By night, anything but. Walls are paper thin, ceilings are moldy, insects galore...truly disgusting. We were kept awake by our neighbors until 2 in the morning. The night staff had no interest in asking them to be quiet. According to the desk clerk, our neighbors had every right to watch a movie. We apparently had no right to sleep. Day manager indicated the night-time desk clerk would be fired. Who knows. The pictures on the web are incredibly deceiving. I hardly recognize the motel as the same one I stayed at with my family. We were supposed to stay for two nights. We moved to Branson's Best, which was a wonderful stay. Where to begin regarding Quality Inn....the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors clear their throats! All ceilings are moldy (rooms & indoor pool area). The walls were freshly painted and industrial grade carpet (no thought to guest's comfort was given) was recently installed, but no thought was given to the the breathing quality of the room. Toxic smelling paint and carpet glue. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked. Location was convenient.

Simple rooms but well maintained. Best "free" expanded breakfast in Branson. Good location. Rooms were cleaned each day while we were out. Friendly service. Great value for families on a budget.
