The Four Points by Sheraton Manchester Airport is a newly renovated property located just a short drive from Manchester airport and offers complimentary shuttle service. For guests traveling on business, wireless internet access and excellent meeting facilities are available. The theme restaurant, Nutfield Ale & Steak House, is always a hit among guests. To help guests stay fit, complimentary use of a fitness center is provided. An indoor heated pool is also available on-site for use year-round. The hotel is one mile from the Mall of New Hampshire, two miles from Londonderry Country Club and Notre Dame College, and three miles from Bedford Mall, New Hampshire College, Currier Gallery of Art, and Palace Theater. Ants in the bed!

We woke to several ants in our bed, only to find many many more throughout the room, on the nightstand, the wall, the woodwork, the bathroom. Front desk offered no apology. No manager on duty to talk to. Messages left via front desk and voicemail not returned by manager. Horrific!

Not worth It!

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel; especially since I paid $160 for one night. The room was the size of a large closet, it had an order; the front desk staff left much to be desired as far as courtesy and friendliness and the front desk clerks were so loud at night they kept you up!! It sounded like a party was going on at 4:00am. To top it off, the pet fee was supposed to be $35 non-refundable, but we were told that due to upgrades and renovations it had been changed to $75! Aside from not seeing the renovations (at least not in my room), it is unacceptable to change pricing mid stream after a reservation has been made. The only positive note about this hotel was the young woman working in the restaurant. She was friendly, courteous and very attentive. I would choose another hotel if staying in Manchester..the Radison 5 minutes away is an excellent choice.

Very disappointed

The room smelled terrible, the toilet ran all night, and the bathroom fan sounded like a 747 landing. The beds were comfortable, but not the sleep number beds we thought we were booking. There was a milk crate type setup instead of a dresser with drawers. When we left in the morning the desk clerk never asked us how our stay was. I've noticed they never do when they know you have reason to complain!

Another happy Canadian!

I loved the convenience to a great mall. They transported us to and from the airport and kept our vehicle for 9 days- for no charge! Now that is service, not to mention great rooms and better service. I am going again this spring!!

Perfect stay
