Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront, Melbourne

Loved everything about this hotel! My family and I are going back in April 2010! Just made the reservations and I can't wait.

Great place to vacation! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I did lots of research before our vacation and was pleased with Radisson.(most importantly, my wife was pleased!) I would recommend this resort to anyone who demands the best at a discount rate!

I stay there every time I come to town for business. Can view the ocean from any room. Enjoyed sipping on a drink and watching storms out at sea or a full moon rise. Wake up to a wonderful sunrise every morning. Con: I travel with a non-wireless laptop so I can not access the internet to check email. There is no hard wire internet access ports in the rooms and only one PC for the entire hotel and always have to stans in line and wait to use. Balcony doors are hard to open and close.

The pros: The rooms are large. I stayed in a corner unit (huge balcony). There's a kitchenette which is great if you're w/kids. The rooms are reasonably clean and the view is amazing. Right on the beach - ocean waves... The cons: the balcony doors in my unit as well as my co-worker's unit down the hall did not shut!! that means (in Florida): BUGS can come in. Granted, it's at the beach, so not many bugs in the air, - but it gets kinda loud to hear the ocean all night. wish the doors would shut all the way. Also, I came back one afternoon and housekeeping hadn't shut my front door all the way. I know how that happened - due to the balcony door being open, there's a draft in the room - prolly prevented the front door from shutting correctly. My toilet made noises at night - and the hotel is just old, in a way. Looks like it was redone in the 90s but has taken a Florida beating since then. I'd still stay there again because I didn't see anything better in Melbourne. The location's great - and really, that town has no better place to stay.

Very clean and confortable, fantastic view. Good value for the money. One comment: they should adjust the balcony doors since they are hard to open. After I got them open, it was great. We will definitely stay here again.

The employees are so friendly and the views from the rooms of the ocean is amazing. You have a Sleep number bed to find your personal number. You'll love the room service...but the wonderful thing is they have events going on on the higher levels"weddings and such" and you'll never notice the crowds going in or out. It across the street from Walmart so if you forget anything..no worries.

The views and hotel rooms are spectacular. Surprisingly, the wireless internet is free and easily accessible with a latop. As for the mornings, they were a wonderful way to wake up.

I have booked this hotel to have my ceremony and reception here. The coordinator there Nicole is absolutely wonderful. She has been so helpful in making my planning much easier. The view from the 16th floor is unbelievable and I know our wedding day is going to be beautiful. I am not quite sure how the Radisson looked prior to its upgrade but I chose this hotel because of how it looked. The entrance to the hotel sealed the deal in choosing our reception in ceremony. Thank you Nicole for all your help and email traffic...it truly is appreciated.

Stayed here last year on the top floor, oceanfront - balcony. 185 a night - can't beat that. Great pool and decks, good breakfast . Will stay here again
