the room is simply owesome especilly the bathroom. the price is reasonable but the service is very bad. after midnight there is no room service. i have to go all the way out to get some ice. service at the restaurant is good but the food is not that tasty. overall i like the enviroment so will go back.

Room rate expensive - voucher worth RM70 indicates forced breakfast at hotel. Bill shows breakdown of hotel room, breakfast rates & service charge. Receptionist needs training in customer service...why no SMILE, greeting, proper & actual info on room rates. For much much cheaper rates, we enjoyed the comfort & service of other hotels at C.Highlands.

The place is very good for relaxation and vacation. The furniture a bit old maybe can consider to re-furnish. And also please do more e-promotion.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Strawberry Park Resort. The location of the hotel is fabulous, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. You get wonderful views from most of the rooms. I have not complaints about the service as well. We were also happy with the quality of the food served in the various restaurants. The only thing is that the hotel is quite old and the furniture is a bit dated. They could provide some more comfortable chairs in the rooms. Also, the lighting seemded quite insufficient, if one wants to read a book, it is not possible... Overall, I think the hotel is good value for money

It's just nothing special about the place.Need to improve in terms of service!!! Please educate your staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Hospitality is a gift for a special person who can give the best!

I have been to Cameron Highlands many times in the past few years. I have tried various accommodation in Cameron Highlands and i feel Strawberry Park Resort is my favourite. The studio rooms which i stayed in was very spacious. What i like most is that the bathroom is huge and there is a big bathtub in the middle of the bathroom. Another thing which makes this resort different is the well matured gardens. They also offer steamboat in the open air. This is a must to try. The room rate seems to be alittle more expensive then other hotels but it is worth paying the little extra. Overall i will always stay at Strawberry Park when i visit Cameron Highlands.

uwaaa...sugoi ne...a very nice place to see n to go... to sleep 2,haha...the air is so clean n fresh... good scenery...eat well too.well, cameron highland is a great place to visit,don't waste ur time to think anything..just go n have a nice trip.

poor service from receptionists to waiters/waitresses. Have to wait and wait to get room, towel (not given when we check-in), food, even a spoon! Room not convenient. Only have a water tab in the one and only bath room for an apartment pf 3 rooms! Can you imagine that?

dislike: customer service, only 1 bathroom like: scenery Your receptionist as well as waiter and waitress in the restaurant are not helpful, unfriendly and the service level is low. To quote an example, we were asked to wait for 20 minutes for the room and were told that someone will call us once the room is ready. We waited for more than 40 minutes, still no one care to inform us. In the morning breakfast, the service was so slow. We had to repeat a few times in order to get what we needed. The 2+1 apartment does not have a basin outside the bathroom, so if some one in the bath room, we had to wait just to wash our hands!

its has so beautiful surrounding, the rooms very tidy, their service very good, their staff always smile when servicing, they rate are affordable.
