A Nightmare from Start to Finish

Where do I begin?
When we checked in they placed us in a standard room, even though we had pre-paid for a suite on their concierge level. On complaining, the front desk told us they were too busy with other guests to bother with us. It took an hour for them to produce a manager and then another hour arguing with him in the lobby, that they had to give us what we paid for or find us something comparable at another hotel, before we finally got moved to the correct room. They wouldn't even let us rebook for the standard room at the lower standard rate.
Our pre-paid package also included in-room movies and internet, but the TV/internet in the room did not work at all (due to upgrading we were told - didn't we get the note?).
The restaurant was not open!
Room service only provided a single towel, even though there were two of us (We had to call every day for additional).
So it was no surprise that on check-out they tried to double charge us for breakfast, even though that was also included in the package price.
I spend 6 months a year on the road, living out of hotels. This is the first time I have ever aired a complaint in public. I have removed Radisson SAS from my list of vendors.
