I loved it! I went three years ago and I can't wait until I go back this august. I went to lots of the palace resorts and thie was the best one.

I absolutely love Cancun. The Palace resorts are the best. They take care of you frojm the time you arrive until the moment you leave. The staff was courteous and helpful. Fernando, Allysa and CESAR made quite an impression on me.The food was delicious and cooked to individual specifications. I loved the breakfast buffet and the Japanese restaurant. The fried ice cream at the Japanese restaurant was delightful. I definitely recommend it. The pool and the oceanview was great. In all my travels I have never seen water so BLUE. The beach area has been greatly improved. CESAR the bartender was EXCELLENT. I have never been served by a better bartender. His creations at the bar created the desired effect. If you go to the Cancun Palace seek him out. Ask for a PANTYDROPPER, they are great. I cant wait to my next trip to Cancun. I am marking my calendar until the next trip.

We visited the Cancun Palace on a sales pitch in 2008. I have to admit that I was only willing to go for the free excursions they offered for attending. After our visit, "a two day pass" my wife and I were impressed enough to buy a membership in Palace resorts. We vacationed there in March 2009 and I can tell you that this is an exceptional resort. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. I do not know how many times housekeeping visits your room each day, but I can say that when my wife and I had slightly rumpled our bed twice one day,we returned to find it remade each time, and our refeigerator restocked with the beverages we had consumed. The entire staff here is exceptional and you are always given exceptional treatment. Our wait staff at the breakfast buffet were the type of people that you never forget, they became friends not just someone who waited on you. The food here is WONDERFUL... superb breakfast buffet,lunch by the pool was steaks, fish, pork, all grilled as well as well as snacks such as burgers, nachos, etc. Dinner was was wonderful. We ate at the resturant "The Steak" exclusively. The surf and turf "Fillet and Shrimp" is fantastic! Desserts are heavenly. We are returning in October with our daughter and her boyfriend and looking forward to another fantastic stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone...We met two NFL players staying here, ones son was here to get married...this speaks of the quality of this resort. Superb service and a reasonable price will make you love this place!!!!

My husband and I love Mexico. Every year this is our get away destination. It's either Cabo or Cancun. This year we went with my family and stayed at Cancun Palace for 4 nights. This is NOT a 4 star all-inclusive resort people! It was too little too late once we get there. The resort is not well kept. While we ate the air condition vents leaked liquid onto our plates. The rooms were okay, but the food was horrific! The "fine" Italian Restaurant was worst than school lunches....maybe school lunch are better. I ordered a filet mignon(medium-rare) served with eggplant parmesana. I ended up with an over cooked chewy piece of meat with a stemed piece of eggplant with bits of sprinkled cheese on it! My husband's penne had running water and tasted awful. After a full day of repeated bad food. We thought and hoped that breakfast could not be so bad. How can eggs be messed up?!! Wrong. The juices were not fresh, the selections were limited, and the omlette mushrooms came from cans. The only that was edible were the guacamole and pico de gallo, but the tortilla chips was stale! On top of all that my brother-in-law got food poisoning from the cerviche. For the past 6 years of going on holiday in Mexico have I ever been soooooo disappointed. Do not come to Cancun Palace unless you are on a diet......even their ketchup and Ranch dressing was wrong. LUVMEXICO

My wife and I spent our first week at this resort in May 2009. We were looking forward to our first vacation as a couple (without children along) in a VERY long time. We totally enjoyed ourselves and became Palace Resort members!! What's not to like? In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we returned with 2 of our adult children 7 months later in January, 2010. We all had a great time! Upon arrival at check-in we were all given a flute of champagne by a lovely young woman who greeted us by saying, "Welcome Home". Then the cool towel to refresh face and hands and before we knew it we were up to our adjoining rooms. Spectacular ocean view with a bottle of wine waiting for us in each room. We arrived mid afternoon - too late for lunch and too early for supper so it was off to the Sushi Bar for some fortifying food and drink to tide us over. When Palace Resorts says all-inclusive, they mean ALL!! (even the mini-bar!) There are a number of included tours. Don,t miss Chitchen Itza, Tulum and the Zip Line! The day trip to Isla Mujeres is an all day party and includes lunch at the Isla Mujeres Palace. There is a sea turtle ranch about a 15 minute walk from this resort that is worth seeing. The Jungle tour and Snorkeling are also great on the mainland. The staff members were always helpful and well trained. No matter the request, the response was always courteous and professional. At one point we "lost track" of a gift purchased on one of the included tours, and were dismayed that it was really gone. After 2 days of Jorge (a concierge) tracking it down by contacting the bus company and tour guide we were delighted to have it returned to us!! The food was never disappointing and we celebrated our anniversary while there with a wonderful dinner at 'Leonardo' which is the Italian restaurant. If you go, look up Jonas, our favorite waiter in all of Cancun. Be sure to enjoy the fresh Guacamole. It's made fresh at your table at 'Il Mercado' and with dessert, the Mayan Coffee is a must!! All in all we found this to be a comfortable mid-sized resort (about 600 rooms) that is a great value for the money and very family friendly. We are looking forward to going back in May, then in the future, to experiencing some of the other resorts that Palace has to offer.

only japaneese was good and rooms are small i was disapointed. moon palace was way better and italian food was horrible club med also is better.

This was our 2nd time back to Cancun Palace and we can't wait to go back next year. The rooms are beautiful and always clean.We have traveled with smaller kids and this time with our sons in their 20's and 4 of their friends. Ceasar, in the lobby bar is the best bartender we have ever had 2 years in a row. You are never waiting for a drink, it waits for you. Their cocktail waitress Claudia was a blast and always there when you need her. The pool waitress Patricia met us everyday with a great smile and a cold drink.The breakfast waiter Santos knew every morning what we wanted and had it waiting when we got to our seats. Tony, the activity's director was great filling our days with volleyball, bocce and pool activitys. Thanks to everyone for another great Palace Resort vacation!!!!

We stayed for a week. The first room we had we didn't like. We just happen to say something in passing to a Palace employee and they moved us into another room. Palace Resorts know how to make their guest very happy. The food was incrediable, we tried every restaurant. The staff is so friendly, and their service is perfect. We are now members of Palace Resort, because we loved it so much. This year we will be trying the Moon Palace, but we do plan to visit Cancun Palace again. This is a great value for the whole family. The included tours are such a great time. We loved the Jungle Tour, and swimming with dolphins, and I cannot forget the swimming with the horses... I recommend this vacation to all my friends.

This place is lovely, upon arrival you r given a glass of champagne, and a nice smelling coconut oil towel ( if you were to sweat) which you won't, to just towel blot your face with until your room is ready ( try to get there as close to 3pm as possible otherwise you will be roaming the property ( they will take care of your luggage. You will be snapped up by resort personnel to personalize your trip in cancun. I recommend the mayan ruins. by pass these people they will offer great info but you can find out on your own just as well. Overall, you can use them for info but we didnot. You will love the lavish lobby & rooms thy r spacious, hope for ocean view, they all have sliding glass doors with balcony. This you will love. There are so many food choices you will be surprised and ALL the food is great!! deserts are perfectly made so beautiful you won't want to eat them LOL. But you will, They are awesome. wet bars in room are great also just push glass up to upside down bottle and away you go to drunk land! I wouldnt want to do this only for 1 or 2 times unless of course you want to be wasted entire stay. Enjoy the beauty of the beaches & if you have children they have shows going on every night with karoke in seperate theater. The swim up bar is great. The pool is infinity, so just lay back & enjoy. you will get a wonderful tan here. At night go downtown to party in some of the best clubs around. LOTS of FUN!!!!! Room service All night long 24/7. If you need anything Just ask you will recieve. if going shopping stay away from downtown. The salespeople r trained well & will bug you to death go to shopping center. If your going to shop downtown with the locals BE FIRM. They will get the message. You find some great deals here though just have fun with them I did. Overall, I would recommend this place to singles, groups, families, or couples of any fashion. You will enjoy yourself & WiLLNOT want to come home EVER! I loved this place. Eat all you can, drink as much as you want its all inclusive & Enjoy! they get a A-plus from our crew we loved it. Rooms are secure, lights & ac and tv goes off when you walk out of room its all controlled by your sliding key i would guess to not waste ( good idea ). Go now! :) :)

We spent a week at the Cancun Palace and loved it! If you go you have to try the zip line tour! Schedule as soon as you get there to make sure you don't miss out! AWESOME! Jungle tour and snorkling the best ever! The Japanese restaurant was wonderful! As soon as you get there schedule to eat at one of the tables where they cook right in front of you. It was so much fun. The service at the Japanese restaurant was amazing! The Italian restaurant was good but service was hit and miss. Depended on the waiter. If you go to the Lobby bar before 5PM see RAUL! He makes the best Apple martinis!! Best Day Travel agency was wonderful helping us book a couple tours. Everything was perfect. My girls were never bored or hungry! Loved every minute of it!
