Absolutely terrible!!

After paying for our room with cash, they required a credit card, which they said would be used only in case of damage to the room. Well, after discovering TWO $78 charges on my card, it took 3 weeks and involving my bank and corporate headquarters to get the money they fraudalently stole. The staff was horrible. Would avoid this place like the plague!!!
 
 
 
 
 
Not sure if we will go back

Checked in to our room at 6:00 and they was scrambling to find a clean room. There was a wedding reception in one of the corporate rooms and so the place had a lot of people yelling and running around. I almost had to break up a fight between a cleaning women and what looked to be her boyfriend. He was screaming at her and I thought he was going to hit her. Make sure you get to the continental breakfast before 9. We got down there at 8:30 and the milk was gone and they wouldnt bring more. Promptly at 9 they close down the breakfast and the girl closing down was very rude. Its just the little things that make you come back.

Home away from home

I have been staying @the Sharonville location for the last 4 months and never felt more welcomed.The staff is kind courteous and caring. Recently i read about a complaint on this site which i believe was nothing more than an attempt to get out of paying.The complaintant said he was bitten (bedbugs)several times.Maybe so however,it wasnt at this location.This hotel is so clean they would have no problem passing the white glove test.p.s. i have stayed in 4 different rooms @this location no bites! right now the service is funky

the staff was friendly,but not the management.I arived on a tues evening, paid for two rooms.2:30 Iwas bitting all over my neck and shoulders by bed bugs.I took them to the front to show the staff,and demaned my refund,because i was leaving at that moment.I woke my kid and the other room and left.I was only refunded for one room not two.

Gave my room away

I booked thru Hotels.com and reserved a standard room with 2 queens beds that was prepaid thru Hotels.com. Needless to say when I got to the hotel they gave me a room with one queen. She said that all of the two queen rooms where booked. We told her that someone from hotels.com had called and confirmed the reservation. We called hotel.com and talked with Oscar, and he read the notes of where he called the LivInn Suites to confirm the two queen room. He also looked at the LivInn website and you can book two queens and then it will change it to one queen. He tried to get the front desk to help us and all they would is give us a roll away bed. However, when you have 4 adults and 3 are over 6 ft tall, that just doesn't cut it. She was rude to us, but after driving over 6 hrs from TN, we had no place else to stay. The lady at the front desk, told me the The rep for .com was lying, and that he told her something completely different than what he told us, and assured me that it was not their problem. Come to find out there was family reunion, church group and girl scout troop, staying there as well, so I believe she gave my prepaid room to someone else to make the extra Cash. I later found out from other customers that their rooms were given away as well. It was a nice hotel, but, no fitness center. You get a pass for a fitness center two buildings down. Thanks to Hotels.com. Gave me a credit for the trouble. LivInn Suites....never apologized for the problem. No matter how the rooms are, I won't stay there again....due to very bad customer service

Rude staff

I arrived 20 mins before checkin and had to wait an hour and a half on a room I reserved a week prior and called the day before to confirm my reservation. Then had to switch rooms three times before the staff got it right. I had a family of five, had a smoking room with two beds, was first given a room with one bed, then a non smoking room, and each time I told the staff, they acted like I was bothering them. When i finally got the right room my keys would not work and had to ask them to fix it, they were wispering to each other and never said sorry one time for anything, even when I told them I understood they were busy. Just a little courtesy would be nice. The rooms and hotel were keep very clean and still would recommed staying there.

No Compassion Manager

This place was a good place. Everyone was nice EXCEPT the manager, I stayed four months paying weekly on time. My daughter always brought my disability check, This week she is in the hospital very ill and of course not able to bring it. I have no way of getting my check until Monday when I was going to pay up the motel bill. The manager told me she could not wait until Monday and that I had to leave. I received two calls from the manager to leave. I flatly refused because I am disabled and no place to go. She finally agreed. I will never stay here again after being put through that garbage from a compassionateless manger.

Used to be a Nice Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, each a week. This last trip. Thing have gone down hill! At check in they did not have the room size I booked. Also at check in I was told that maid service was no longer every day, but once a week. Which meant no clean towels, no in room coffee, no service! This was a great budget hotel,because of their service. Not any more! The rooms where always noisy on the weekends, not bad midweek. The doors on the rooms slam shut, so that can make it hard to sleep. There are many Hotels in this area. Think I'll try another..

A great and comfortable stay
