Super 8 Spring Lake Nc, Spring Lake

I've been staying here, several times over the past 2 years. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I am a contractor and work on base. For the amount, this is a great value. Especially for any business that travels. Plus, I can be on base in less than 15 minutes.

This place was digusting..checked in and saw the room...big stain on the one bed..both beds had stains on the blankets...both chairs in the rooms had stains and tears in them...I would not sit in that room let alone sleep there..we gathered our stuff and checked out and went else where...told the desk their rooms are disgusting!!!

We went there and stayed for two nights and got two rooms, the price was great, rooms appeared to look clean, but were not, in the bathroom there was hair in the bathtub, there was stains on the blanket, and the coffee pot was extremely filthy.. On our first night in the bathroom the light went out, the next morning we told housekeeping we didn't need anything but towels and the light needed to be fixed, that was at 9am, we came back to the hotel at about 6pm after site-seeing and we did not have any clean towels and the light was not fixed, my husband had to ask for towels again and we didn't finally get them until about 8pm, and we kept asking for the light to be fixed and it never was. I've never been to such a low class establishment in my life, the hallways smelled and were disgusting to walk in, and my family and I felt very unsafe people were standing around in side and out, and our window would not shut, I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I'll never go back to a Super 8 as long as I live, you couldn't even pay me too, I'd rather sleep in my car...
