Days Inn Hornell, Hornell

I realize that you pay for what you get, and I kept that in mind. We had a smoking room, which I will never order again. It smelled AWFUL! I am a smoker, and I've never smelled a room this awful. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room and mildew in the bathtub. There were no screens in the windows so when I went to open the window to air out the room, the bugs flocked in. The carpets were badly stained. The WIFI worked. The buffet was nice, but I had to keep asking someone at the front desk to refill the coffee, cream cheese, etc. This is a smaller size motel, single story with a very small breakfast area, with a few tables. The lobby was clean unless the complimentary breakfast was going on. The description states that it has a pool, it does not. It also says that pets are allowed, and we saw a dog in the motel, but there's a sign at the front desk that says no pets allowed. ??? We stayed in this Days Inn for 2 days, and one in southern PA the following day that was much nicer.
