B&B&Bad Attitude

While the Casa Europa is a quaint and cozy B&B, the new owners made us feel entirely unwelcome. They entered the room various times without knocking, charged us extra for our kids, and even charged us for our friends' child who came to visit us in our room. (The kids, by the way, were perfectly behaved.) When another guests' child asked for toast at breakfast, they refused and said the only bread being served that day was the lemon loaf. They skimped on everything, down to hot water for the tea. They were not accomodating and made us feel unwanted.
