Disappointed

We arrived to our room to an overwhelming smell of deodorizing spray. We could barely breathe, and had to request another room. The kitchenette floor was wet upon arrival, and I nearly slipped and fell. The new room was better, but there was no ice available. My daughter used the remote to turn on the TV, and somehow being unfamiliar with the remote, a movie was ordered and our credit card was charged for something we did not want.
The next day upon checkout, I explained about the movie error and requested that my credit card be refunded. The clerk had to call a supervisor who said that if the movie was on more than 5 minutes, we had to pay. After arguing with the clerk, he said he would refund my credit card, but said he was not sure how to do it. The following day, I got an email saying it had been removed, but the charge was put back on the bill. I had to call and request that it be refunded again which they did only after an investigation of the circumstances. For the money they charge for a room, it was way too much for the amount of aggravation we had to endure. I do not recommend this hotel.
