I loved it! Clean, great service, good location, good value!

They did great with check in and that's where it ended. When we opened the door to our room it had a roll away bed in it, when I called down to the front desk inquireVer, thinking maybe we were given a room that was not yet cleaned, I was assured the room was clean and someone would be right up to dispose of the bed. It ended up my husband had to help get the roll away out and the room was never cleaned. When we inquired about batteries for the remote we were told to come down and get them. The air conditioning didn't work, as didn't the ice machine or the lamp. A very loud hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The hotel is in an old warehouse building right on the river. Views are great (you can see Canada and, of course, the river). The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. The Rattlesnake Club is a few blocks away.
