slow workers

nice hotel nice room.but the breakfast is not on time we waited thirty minutes to eat. the girls working there did not speak english and were very slow this happened for two days. asked for milk from one the girls she did not understand . all the woman don't speak english even the ones who clean the rooms.very slow help will never return again.

Rundown

Here is my rundown on the rundown property. The parking lot is terrible. As in pot holes all over. The doors hardly ever work. There are terrible odors near the breakfast area. This placeneeds to be rebuilt.

I can't say enough about the clubhouse inn. My family really enjoyed it. Very clean and most of all we felt very safe. It was near office buildings and upper class- middle class neighborhoods. Family style dinning near by and easy to get into Chicago about a 40 min drive in the morning and 30 in the afternoon as long as you don't hit peak rush hour.The free breakfast buffet was best I've ever seen.

Hotel Cancellation

Never made it; had to cancel. Can't rate the hotel, but I can rate Yahoo Travel. I cancelled two weeks in advance, but was still charged a $25 fee. I will not use this service again.

Talk about bad customer service!!

The manager of the hotel was EXTREMELY rude!! Not customer friendly, it got to the point where she wasn't being helpful, but she was giving me MORE STRESS!! So, I just cancelled everything and checked into another hotel! Extremely unprofessional and I will not recommend this to anyone!

Will not go back

The toilets werent bolted in right and our toilet in our room fell off and made a mess. It was nice that they gave us another room for free but they were gerks to us about it. They didnt even clean up the mess right away

we've been here many times

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. The help is very nice and the hotel goes overboard to make you feel at home. For the price, it is a great value, not to mention a free hot breakfast each morning. We are going to the Chicago area again this week, and our choice is the Clubhouse Inn in Westmont.
