Jake should be the CEO

My husband stayed here while doing consulting work in Jacksonville for 3 months. I was able to visit and stayed for 2 weeks. During my entire stay the only individual that acknowledged me was Jake. Jake is this very hard working man, cleaned the hotel lobby completely every day with a smile on his face! This wonderful 60something gentleman never once failed to say good morning, and asked how my day was going or if there was anything he could do.
The front desk employees, well...talk about attitude that needs an adjustment. Any request regardless how small, greatly inconvienced them. They were the least friendly group of people, who always seemed to need a follow-up reminder of the first request. They were completely inappropriate with their conversations @ the front desk, and treated customers as if they were an inconvience to them. Jake for CEO of this place and he would turn it into a 5 star hotel.
