Mixed Results

We travelled to the hotel mid week in June.
Upon arriving at 1pm, staff was not prepared for us and also claimed that they did not have our reservation. When they were informed it was thru a 3rd party (expedia), the gentleman helping us took an condescending tone towards us and proceeded to tell us why we shouldn't use a 3rd party and that NO room was available for us as of yet (mind you no one was there the place was empty of guests at that time). They had us come back at 3pm to check in.
Based on that first impression, I wanted to cancel and find another place, but I decided to stick it out.
When we came back, we were offered the comp. wine, and we told that we don't drink it was taken back and nothing was given in its place.
The room we got was an upgrade and had nice furnishings, but the tile/wood working is older.
The "flat screen TV" was 12-14 inches big, so if you have other things to occupy your evenings with plan to do them!
They only have 10 rooms, which is great for using the hot tubs.
The restaurant is closed for dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays which was not listed on their website nor told to us until I came down to book a reservation. Staff member took the initiative to book a reservation for us elsewhere.
We did have issues with the phone in our room not working then after a helpful staff member showed me how to fix it, the phone kept ringing one-three times throughout our stay.
The breakfast was WONDERFUL and included in our stay.
All in all it was nice, but there were too many ups and downs with this place, not cohesive enough for me.
