poor management

I had been staying in my room week to week and I came back to my room and all my belongings were gone. Management says my card payment at the end of the second week did not clear I was told so they dicided to put all my belongings in a bag and store it in the main office until paid. I was missing some jewlery as well as some other belongings. I would have liked to come to my room to find the key not working and my personals left alone until the payment issue resolved. Nothing was done about my belongings.
