Nice staff

We stayed here on our way out of town to catch a early flight out of the Phoenix airport. The shuttle service was pretty good in the morning and the staff was pretty nice. Breakfast was served in the AM, but our flight was so early, we could not enjoy it. But the manager sent us with a muffin. Thought that was kind. The computer was down in the AM, so we did not get a recipet when we left, it was to be emailed to us, but we never got it. The room was in good working order, and free internet service. The price seemed a little high, but for the area, it was about average.
 
 
 
 
 
TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

This hotel is by far one the worst I have ever stayed at. And I travel 75% of the year. The only nice thing about the room is it has a microwave and fridge. The staff was completely rude. They play music outside at all hours of the day and night. And when I asked management to turn it down, they offered to move my room to the outside parameter where it's quiter. I was told the other guests like the music at the pool. Never mind that it's 50 degrees outside. Nobody is swimming or even in the pool area. I have no plans to ever stay at this hotel again. Do you know how inconvenient it is to move rooms when you have already unpacked for a week stay?
 
 
 
 
 
Great Hotel

Lovely place in the heart of Tempe AZ.The staff was wonderful and the rooms were great.Needed microwaves and refrigerators which I beleive they have started installing. Will go visit again.
 
 
 
 
 
An upgrade from a Road House!

What can I say? Terrible. Rooms are NOT remodeled. I had a broken ironing board, pictures missing off walls, rusty bath tub, a a broken recliner! Management was unresponsive to problems, staing we all mustwork through the KINKS! I paid for a real "Western 1800's experience" Outside of motel nicely groomed. Remember "Don't judge A Book by it;s Cover", the real proof is in the rooms, or lack of them. Hotel staff some were VERY RUDE. But go look for yourself,, Be careful of the recliners....
 
 
 
 
 
Noisy roadside room, sleepless night from hell

Free room w/ points BUT: Room had dead tree with dead bird in it outside our window ( our view) funny but...ya know?? EWWE! That sort of matched room, No heat (broken), was freezing in AM. Bed not bad, but truck noise was awful! I could not sleep! Bath spotless and new looking. Great shower. Furniture in room looked beat, depressing. With room located in courtyard, which was pretty, would have been not bad! Breakfast not so hot, coffee was OK. I left and went to the Hilton at Tapatio cliffs, and paid no problem, much better!
 
 
 
 
 
don't do it!

had a reservation in August--air conditioning was broken--they gave us a fan--what a joke--it was 115 outside and a similar temp inside. Of couse, we had to leave since it was impossible to breath in the room, let alone sleep--they wouldn't refund the money even though we had to get a room in another motel for the night. What a jerk!! Still working on getting the refund from the credit card company.
