Beach Palace All Inclusive, Zona Hotelera

I have been to Beach Palace in 2008, 2009, and 2010, last time for my 50th birthday! I cannot beleive there has not been a reveiw recently! The Beach palace has become a place my children, who are in their 20s and 30s love to go to with me. I have even introduced this place to my sister and her daughter! They were also in awe. I am disappointed I can't be there this year but we all know the economy. I WILL be there next year though! We are planning to get two rooms! The Beach Palace is a REAL vacation! The people there go out of their way to make sure you are relaxed when you want to be relaxed and are up and raring to go when you want to be active! The grounds are small and clean and beautiful! A great selection of foods and drink and with the $1500 Palace bucks, there are many activities to enjoy. The beach was beautiful last year, we found many shells! For two years in a row we released baby sea turtles to the sea!! I love going in August or Sept for that reason. Another place to go to is The Jungle Place. It is a monkey sancuary. Bit of a drive but well worth it(not part of Palace bucks). We can't wait to get back there! You want for nothing when you stay at the Beach Palace in Cancun!!

i went to the beach palace for spring break and it was amazing! there is so much to do and so many fun people there. during the day they have water sports and lots of bingo where you can win free prizes. the swim up bars are great and you can get drinks and food at them. there are also people walking around asking if you would like something to drink so you dont have to get up! that was very nice. the rooftop was my favorite. the water was a little chili but it feels good with the hot sun. the chairs on the rooftop are the most comfortable chairs i have ever laid on and they fit 2 people which is good for couples or friends. at night, downtown is hopping. the hotel gives you a ride to where you would like to go and you can take a taxi home. the food here was absolutely amazing. i ate so much and was never hungry. the rooms are also great. they are very spacious and have a tv, jacuzzi, mini bar, and liquor dispenser. this was my favorite vacation every and i cant wait to go back. everything was very nice and clean and the beach was just beautiful. i have never seen water that blue before, it takes your breath away. the only thing i was sad about was that the beach was only open for 4 days because the tide was really high you couldnt see any sand, the water went right up to the wall. also, beach palace is right in the middle of everything so you are just a walk or a short ride away from where you want to go! it is about 15 minutes from the airport. i recommend doing the zip lining. it was really fun! the service at beach palace was truly amazing. it felt like i was royalty there and everyone i went with loved it. you won't want to come home after being there! i would give beach palace 100 stars if i could!! you will not be disappointed!

My family and I just returned from a trip to Cancun where we stayed at Beach Palace. The service, food and rooms were wonderful. However, if you are going for the beach just know that all you will be able to do is look at it. The ramps down to the water were roped off and there was NO sand area at all. The resort on our left had a very small beach area but because it was property of the other hotel we could not access it. For a family with small kids wanting to play in the water this was tough. We were able to travel to Moon palace and access the lagoon water, but no access to the gulf water. Apparently the sand was washed away by Wilma a couple of years ago.

We had a wounderful time at the Beach palace. I would recommend this resort to any family with kids. It is worth the time and money we didn't get to see the kids club but the kids club at the CANCUN PALACE is GREAT. Other than that I really don't have nothing really bad to say but, if you arrive early make sure you have a room for you because if you don't the FRONT DESK SERVICE IS NOT THAT GREAT. Beautiful hotel, excellent service, friendly staff, great location, good food. All the palace resorts are excellent, but this one is special. what more is there to say ?

Victor the Waiter and The Bell Boy (awesome)Upon arrival we were the 6th visitor since opening on Dec 1, 2007. We were amazed, the place is just beautiful. The service from both Victor's as well as The Manager of The Italian Restaurant is what a Queen and King deserve. It was our 2nd time there in 2007. We went in July 2007 for our 10th anniversary and loved it so much I had to put that on my Christmas list as the only thing I wanted. We had top shelf drinks in our room and at the pool. Being in the Alcohol industry you don't want anything else but Top Shelf. It is the perfect place for relaxation and romance. I will return for Spring Break and every 6 months there after. If going be sure to stay at a Palace Resort.. Especially Cancun Palace. See ya there in spring..no complaints..none

Every thing was grand. We were there 2 yrs in a row. It's clean, nice people, service was great, not a thing wrong with it. After going there the first year we said our son needed to see how beautiful it was, so we took him the next year. The locations good too, right across from the mall. The restaurants in the hotel are the only ones we ate in, for cleanliness and safety purposes. The only thing we can recomend is don't drink the water,lol.We figured up the amount of food, service , drinks we each had every day....theres no way we could go anywhere else for a break down of 136.00 each a day and had as much or as nice service.

I felt like we were a part of a family at Beach Palce. The service was wonderful. The staff is great. I would recommend everyone to stay here. It is a place you will never forget.

I have been vacationing in Cancun for 25 years, visting many hotels and resorts. The Beach Palace by far has the best service on the island. The wait staff work at a increadable pace. The empleyees work so hard. Without a doubt the best service. The waiters, the maids, front desk , bartenders, as well as the entertainment crew are all top notch. If you want a fun, and an upbeat atmosphere, with great service, this is the place.

This is a great place to stay with the whole family. You are treated like royality and are pampered your whole stay. Great time will be had by all!!!
