Disappointing , Won't Be Back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/25/09
Read the customer reviews. They said it was a great place to stay. Went on the Travelocity website to book a reservation. Arrived at the hotel after finally figuring out how to get there from the freeway. The previous road was removed and replaced with a new one which made access very confusing. The desk clerk told me they didn't appreciate using third party for booking reservations and that I should have picked up discount tickets at a travel center. After putting up with her complaints, we went to our assigned room. Opened the door to a citrus ,overpowering aroma. Went back to the front desk and was told all the rooms were like that and to let it air out. Everything in the room felt damp from the humidity, even with the A/C going full blast. There was no working bathroom exhaust so when the shower was used, everything steamed up and added to the overall room humidity. Bathroom floor was dirty. The room curtain, covering the window ,was full of holes that compromised privacy. There was however, plenty of bathroom towels, a Ihop and Outback resturant across the parking lot. Would I stay at a Comfort Inn again ? No, No and No! ! Nor would I take to heart all the glowing customer reviews.

Good Choice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/29/07
During a recent business trip, we stayed at the Comfort Inn in Burlington. We found it to be a very inviting place to stay and would definitely recommend staying there to others. As a matter of fact, we are staying there again this week!

very friendly employees and management
By Penny, 8/23/05
Has fitness room with spa, and sanua. We did encounter problems and management took care of them asap. Problem 1 - ants were in room where someone had spilled a drink behind a dresser. Solved - put us in another room, they had just had bus loads of teens prior week, so naturally I know they pay no attention on cleaning or leaving a mess. 2nd room - air condition did not work Solved - told management he was very apoligetic, put us in a suite, with two rooms for the rest of our stay - no additional charge-had fridge, microwave etc. This place did not quesiton your complaint, instead they solved it and made sure we were happy. I felt very welcomed, all personal were friendly.
