Motel 6, Shawnee

It was the Oklahoma Christmas Blizzard of 09! Trveling with my daughter and son-in-law and two grand babies in one care and me and grandma in our car. Saved us TWO rooms down stairs near the entrance. Rooms was clean and the bath was fine. Granted it isn't the Grand Hyatt, but for crying out loud 2 rooms for 4 adults and two babies total bill....$99 (tax included) was awesome! Since I live within 40 miles of this little Motel 6 I hope I don't need to stay their very many times. But, when I needed it... it was there! I forgot and left my special sleeping brace for my back and they found it, had it tagged with my name. They were very nice. AND... the Denny's next door... they were great too! It was Christmas eve at 6PM and they served us (and a few hundred other stranded motorists) and did it with style. And breakfast on Christmas morning was well done too. Can't say enough nice things!!

The price listed here is incorrect! We walked in expecting the $39 rate we saw on Yahoo, and an extremely rude little woman croaked out that the actual price was $69 a night. We obviously didn't stay here, but it really looked like a dump. There was some contruction going on and the workers were giving everyone who drove by the stink eye. Really, do yourself a favor and just find another place before darkening this door.

I was stay this motel6 . It is nesty and staff was rude I don know how they doing service. capet have many spot like animal house. bath was nesty. this motel is need lot change.
