Days Inn West Springfield, West Springfield

The room was clean and well kept with a cute heart shaped jacuzzi. The rugs were soaking wet from the time we got there till the time we left. It could use a mini refrigerator. The only food we could get was from a snack machine that didnt give you any change and was only a quarter full, with nothing good. Don't forget your shampoo or conditioner because they don't have any. Even though they have a card in the room that says they have everything you need if you had forgotton something. I'd go back again because of the room and location. The staff was friendly too, except for the manager who called our room at 11 and demanded we leave soon, even though the checkout was in bold print 12PM! Also, the board outside said it had free HBO yet we couldn't find it at all.
