Embassy Suites Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek

We stayed here 6/24/06 -6/27/06 and it was terrible. First, we arrived at 10 p.m. and waited about 15-minutes to be approached at the service desk. Then, they sent us to a room where it was already occupied. We took the elevator back down and now, sent us to another room with the wrong room card. After 10-minutes, a service rep. came up with the correct key and neglected to apologize for the inconvenience. Well, we were finally in the room and it does not end there. We walked in to a 90+ degree room (They neglected to tell us that the AC was out in the morning, fixed a few hours ago and needed a few hours to cool off the rooms). Well, let's rest, shower and call it a night- NOPE! There's mold everywhere from the bathroom to the window lining. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we would never think to come back to an Embassy Suites ever! If it not were the company reserving the stay already, we would of gone accross the way to the Renassaince. Also, the parking garage is $15/night and it smells like a sewer (so, hold your breath when you pick up your car).
