From the moment we checked in 3 employees and the General Mgr could not process their own Gift Card. Instead they made me wait, I suggested they process it while I checked in. Anytime we asked a question it was answered with, its not my job, I dont know ( directions to their hotel) and the ever famous " Im too busy" . When we came home from the trip and I immediately contacted Corporate to let them know about the horrible experience. The rooms are tiny. DIRTY, i sent pictures to corporate and to the General Mgr and I was told by the General Mgr he considered the case closed after I asked what he meant by "when in the area again contact me and I make arragements for you". The cleaning staff brings their children to work on the weekends. We observed this as we sat at the pool. 2nd floor facing the pool was a cleaning woman and her 2 daughters entering 3 rooms that we noticed. The breakfast they offer must occur from 6-6:10am by 700 am there is nothing left and if you ask for more of something, you are told Its not my job. I would not recommed this location to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!
