Days Inn Vineland, Vineland

The room was perfect and I loved it. I'm from the area and go back a lot and will always stay at the Vineland Days Inn.

The room smelled like drainage. Though the room was defined as non-smoking , it's no difference from a smoking pipe, so stinky. The lamp was broken. The hair dryer was broken. The most important: we got lots of bed bug bites for first time in our lives!!! You should see the pictures if you are brave enough. We reported these problems to their general manager and front dest manager. They said they would response in 3 days, but we never heard from them . Definitly not recommend to others. Not worth the time and money.

The bathroom had someone else's hair on the floor, in the tub, and in the sink. We were told that these rooms were updated. Maybe back in the 70's. The pleasant woman who answered the phone and secured our reservation was definately not the same person behind the counter when we arrived. She was paying no attention to us (the customers) and continued chatting with her co-worker about where they would go out and party at later. She asked us if we were staying only one night probably 6 times before giving us our key to the room. The quality of customer service at check in was below any standard known.
