We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated that there were drinks and fruit available in the cozy lobby all day. The free breakfast was good. The swimming pool was nice. Staff was helpful. It was good to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. A very good value for the price.

I wouldn't stay here again

There were no deadbolts on the door. The elevator was not running right. Had empty soda cans around and used toilet paper around the toilet. The couch had blood stains. The balcony wasn't safe. The smell of the hotel was bad. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great Location

I really liked this hotel because of the location, right on the boardwalk, rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Didn't have a reservation but I still walked in and got a room. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly.

never again

I've stayed here in the past before we had children, and in the off-season, with no complaints. But this time, they had no ramps to get our stroller up a small flight of stairs to a FIRST FLOOR room...snobbish staff...very noisy neighbors who stayed up all night...a concert next door both that night and the next morning so we couldn't hear the tv in our room...a bunch of noisy drunk guys that decided midnight was a good time for a basketball game on the boardwalk...a very, very dirty room. Black gunk on the nightstand, brown scuz on the phone, hairs and what looked like blood (ick!) in the sheets. Only one parking spot left in a very small lot. A horrible experience. We left first thing that morning and will never go back.

Room Cleanliness needs improvement

My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Broadwalk Hotel Oct 3 - Oct 6. Our only complaint is that we found the room could be clean better. The bathroom was the worst. The sink and bathtub had hair from previous guest. The bathroom floor need washing from corner to corner. We noted that hair and dirt remained on the foor during our visit. The kitchen cabinet and drawers need to be wiped down. Room floor required a good cleaning. Stains need to be removed from couch and mattress. As jobs are hard to come by, we did not report this to the hotel manager on duty. Not sure if I would select this hotel again due to room cleanliness. The food and other service were outstanding. The location rank with the best.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy. We had 2 adults and 4 teens. It was snug but not bad. Location is awesome. We had boardwalk ocean front room .

unfair

we reserved a room from june 3-june 5, for senior beach week, about 6 weeks in advance thru cheap tickets and then called to confirm over the phone. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told they didn't rent rooms to anyone under 21 without an adult with them. Our ages were 18-20. They did make a refund to the credit card but left us scrambling for a room in another hotel. We later saw tons of teenagers, obviously there on their own without adult supervision, crowding the balconies and lounges. The whole thing is that they mistakenly let us have the room for a low rate and since they usually hike the prices for senior week, they used that lame excuse of no one under 21, to rent our room to a bunch that would pay more. It was unfair .

Count down for vacation

We went down as a family group. A total of 9 people. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The free breakfast was terrific especially with 5 hungry children. The conviance of the beach was great. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. it was great for a little relaxing and calming feeling. The only thing I would of improved was having an on site laundromat. We cant wait to go back.
