Confirm your ROOM not just your reservation

My nephew, who has overcome Leukemia is graduating and our WHOLE family booked rooms here. They said we had reservations- but no ROOM. What the hell? Now we can't find rooms in the area.

Dont bother if your a nonsmoker

They do not have a clear Non smoking policy. Your nieghbor can stand at your door and chain smoke all they like all the while staring at numerous nonsmoking signs. The hotel and corporate office allows them to smoke at your door!!! Just not in their rooms. They have a sign at the breakfast food that says if you take more than one of the tiny milks they have for cereal you will be stealing!! Shodily run, poor maintenance.
