Don't drink the water

I stayed for four nights. The room key never worked more than once. The staff was always sorry, made another room key, and did nothing else. Every time I went to my room, I had to turn around, walk down stairs, wait for someone at the desk, and get another key. It happened dozens or times. Don't drink the bottled water in the room! They charge $3 a bottle. It's just a cheap ripoff. I called Ramada and they agreed to keep my $6, and I would never stay at at Lundys Lane again. It's a deal.

we can start by the desk clerk selling us our first fire log $8.00 .. onto the room this is mid dec.. no heat in the room...log was used to heat the room never.clean , i think last peaple used the dirty sheets in fireplace to keep warm..apon opening balcony door to let smoke/smell out curtain rods falls off the wall and doorhandle comes off..onto what is called a hotub built in the 70s broke, leaking, dirty. ,. next morning ,into shower sliding door only opens one third lucky im not fat haha. ,no phonebook . glasses.. iron. list is endliss.run ,never look back

Never again!!!!!

What did I dislike about this property...everything. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. My family and I stayed for a weekend and was never once welcomed and upon check out there was no formal or informal for that matter thanks for staying,hope you enjoyed your stay nothing. Rooms were very warm even with the AC on high it did not cool the suite down espeically the sitting room. The price was way over for what we got. I did file a complaint with the corporate and the manager of the property did call me and stated he would send me gift certificates but I have to yet to receive them. The prices of the Peppers restaurant were outrageous and the food was not good. I would not recommend this place to an enemy much less a friend or family member. The rooms were dirty and pieces were missing off of the bath tub. I will return to Niagara Falls but will NOT stay at the Ramada Suites.

Won't go back

We just returned from a weekend in Niagara. We checked in, just before dinner, dropped our bags and went out for the evening. When we returned, the room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning did not work, and even if it did, it wouldn't have cooled the suite portion of the room. The bathtub was dirty and the blow dryer quit after 30 seconds of use. Beds were very uncomfortable. Check out was extremely slow. Six guests in line and one working the front desk. Housekeeping staff was not friendly when greeted. The front desk staff did not inquire if we enjoyed our stay, or they may have got an ear full! There are lots of other hotels in Niagara. For $185.00 a night, we expected more!

Well Pleased

I would recommend this place to everyone! My family and I were very pleased with this hotel, even though the refrigerator did not work and let our milk spoil.
