I loved this hotel and would positively love to go back. Everything in the place is made of marble which makes for easy sand clean up after a long day on the beach. The staff keep it meticulously clean and they are friendly to boot. This is a luxury hotel and staying there feels luxurious.

We loved this place. The food was not excellent, but it was very good. The buffet for each meal served had plenty of variety to choose from. The drinks were the best!! No watered down liquor here. There was entertainment in the lounge bar, but they need a club type place to hang out. We had a short wait for our rooms when we arrived, but we were told about a hospitality area where we could change our clothes to go to the pool. We left our luggage with the bell caps as we were assured it would be safe with them. However, we were a little disappointed when we retrieved our luggage ourselves and no one asked to check tickets to verify we were taking our own luggage. I think there was a Vegas style show one night, but no one told us about it so we missed it. The only other problem we encountered were the rude people who allowed their children to swim and splash water in the area where the pool bar was located. Needless to say the pool water went into our drinks! All in all, for the money, this was a great place to stay and we will return next year.

I loved everything about the hotel! The sevice, the food, drinks , and cleanliness was all wonderful. Everyone was so frendly and was always there to help and to answer any questions. If I were to go to Cancun again, I would definetly stay there, and bring the whole family, its great for everyone.

My friends and I booked this hotel for the first time. We had stayed at other hotels in Cancun before, but this was our first time to stay all-inclusive and to book this hotel. After we arrived, we were informed that the hotel had overbooked and we were sent to a different hotel. We were not the only group from our airplane alone to have this done to them. We had to wait with all of our luggage until a taxi came to send us to another hotel. Since we had left this hotel number for an emergency number, we asked the desk clerk in charge what would happen in the case of an emergency. She assured us that any calls would be forwarded to the hotel they were sending us. My sister made two international calls trying to reach me and she was told that they never heard of me or anyone in my group. We felt the hotel we were sent to was not a comparable hotel and we were not given any concessions for the difference. We booked a very early fight to arrive in Cancun in time to enjoy the beach and we lost valuable vacation time due to what seems to be an overbook policy with this hotel.

i liked the location very well. what i didnt like is that why i was staying there the 2ed time there were 3 people that had money took out of there room and one of the girls i was with got $600 took from her room and the hotel proved that it was her maid and she didnt get her money back.

It was our first time to take a Vacation. We loved how we were greeted upon arriving. The Room was kept clean. The food was terrific so much to choose. There were three restaurants within the Hotel all were clean especially the one near the beach. I just loved sitting at the One near the beach it was open and you could hear the Ocean while dining which just made it all that more special.

When we stayed at Melia Turquesa we were able to do the EP plan the 1st part of our vacation and Alinclusive the 2nd part. We felt the foot was okay not much choice thing seem to stay about the same everyday. The rooms were clean and we had a view of the lagoon and street which was okay. There is lots to do you are close to a lot of shopping and tours are easy to get to. The beach is great. The staff was very freindly. I would go back to another Melia just not there we like to try different places.

surely one the most luxurious hotel ive ever stayed at. awesome beach, perfect location(there is a golf course nearby) ~ the service is awesome~ and the swimming pools..oh my... i went to cancun this summer and the hotel was one of the best part of my trip! i strongly recommend melia cancun to anyone who wants to have some good quality time in cancun!
