Ramada Limited, Indianapolis

I had booked two rooms online to stay in this hotel back in March 2012. Received a call on 6-13-12 that they had over booked by 12 rooms for that weekend. They told us our reservations were being cancelled and we would be credited. We were to be in Indianapolis in 3 days!! Received no help from the Ramada Corporate as they stated they are an independant hotel owner. If you plan to stay here, CALL and make your reservation. They told us they do not check how many online reservations were made until the week before.

Unfortunately I had to rate them a 1 out of 5, I was hoping that I wouldn't even have to do that! The manager is worse than awful (the one star rating)...I have never been treated so poorly before. He was completely out of line with the issue that was at hand and I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! Luckily Indianapolis is HUGE and you have many other options! Like one of the other unhappy reviews, I will be filing a complaint to the corporate office so hopefully if you do end up picking this hotel, the manager will not be with them any longer!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

I was not even a customer of the hotel. I work nearvy and was on my way to lunch when I missed my turn and turned into the Ramada parking lot to turn around. A gentlemen came out of the office to ask me what I was doing and I told I missed my turn and was turning around. He then said that I was trespassing and speeding oon his private property. I was not going fast and so I said okay and rolled up my window then he hit my car twice with his fist. I was so upset at the way I had been treated I called the office to speak with the manager and well you guessed it he was the manager! I asked to speak to someone different that I was filing a complaint he said I was rude and trespassing and would not give me the number and or his name to file the complaint. He was yelling at me as I was trying to find thiese things out to file a complaint. He hung up on me and this was the manager of the hotel. So I warn you before staying there. I know nothing about the hotel itself but the staff was extremely rude. I complaint has been filed at the corprate office.

I use this hotel every time I go to Indy. almost twice a Month. Its all I need, They even have a Business Center that I can use for sales presentations.
