Very rude service

Although this hotel provide clean, comfortable rooms, the staff is severely lacking in knowledge of the area and most importantly, providing hospitable service to its clients. We were lied to about the shuttle service claiming it would be available at 5:15am to transport us to the airport for an international flight. They assured our group and 2 others that this service would be available. At the appointed time, the shuttle did not appear and we were told that it no be available until 6am and even then, priority is not given to the paying customer, rather, flight crews are given priority. The hotel said they would order taxis, which they did not, and further, they would make sure the taxis provided credit card services since we used all of our foreign currency after being told the shuttle bus would be available at 5:15am. The manager who was on duty was uncooperative, hostile, and became verbally abusive. The lack of professionalism and the gross lack of hospitality were clearly apparent. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances. There are plenty of other hotels close by which we are sure cannot be as bad as the NH Geneva Airport Hotel.
