Want to live in there after a 5 day visit!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/22/09
I used to be a Flight Attendant and have been to many places; however, nothing came close to staying in Oak Creek Canyon. Junipine Resort was exactly what we needed. It was our first time in Sedona so the experience was important. My husband, 12 yr old and myself wanted scenery and space w the option of shopping close but not surrounding us. We drank our morning coffee while staring out at the creek and canyon walls with a fire going...feeling perfectly content taking our time. After a day of hiking or touring, it was heaven to come back to our secluded sanctuary every night. After a few days of being home - I feel "homesick" for that place. I still see the beautiful landscape and lovely home everytime I close my eyes. Peaceful inside and out. I will definately be back, and this time, I'm staying longer!

Perfect Peace
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/8/08
Junipine has to be the nicest place I have ever stayed. My husband and I were at Junipine in June. We were blown away with the peace and calmness with the mountain in your back yard and the sound of the stream. This place is absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to get back there as soon as possible.

Wonderful Time - North of Sedona
By Emily, 6/16/08
It is a wonderful retreat that is north of Sedona - away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get into town and shop, etc. Our view was AMAZING! We had a Stellar Jay come visit us every morning as we ate breakfast on the huge deck. Our home a little rustic, but that is okay with me - don't get me wrong - it wasn't like cabin-rustic. The trail that lead from the resort was nice and we had good access to Oak Creek. The rushing of Oak Creek every night and morning was great. Also, it is only 1/2 mile to Slide Rock State Park, which was fun! Sliding down in the creek and jumping in from short cliffs. Room service was good, but they forgot my coffee creamer twice, but not a big deal. Hardly saw anyone else there, although there were many cars in the lot. The cafe was good, the trout was really good - and worth the price. All in all is was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.

Awesome!
By Lisa, 1/12/08
This was our first trip to Sedona and we really thought carefully about where to stay. Finally, after thinking it over we chose Junipine. Thank goodness we did - this was an absolutely awesome place to stay. It even snowed when we were there! My son who is 9 was in love with the loft, and we all felt like we were in a home, not just a hotel room. It's about 7 miles north of Upper Sedona, so just realize you can't walk out your front door and into town. This wasn't a problem or us, we were looking for an 'away' type of vacation. Everything was great - I highly recommend staying here!

Favorite Place on Earth
By Tracey B, 1/5/08
We have been going to this hideaway for the past 13 years. Its hidden away among lush, beautiful scenery. The sound of the creek at night cannot be beat. If you are looking for 'active' Sedona, this isn't it. For a quiet, relaxing vacation or a romantic getaway, you cannot find anything better. I love Junipine!

Our 2nd trip
By Vivian, 10/22/07
We loved Junipine the first time we stayed there 4 years ago and couldn't wait to go back. It was as we remembered-beautiful location, friendly staff (Mary Ellen, our breakfast waitress is outstanding) and our condo was every bit as nice as the first one we stayed in. Clean, well furnished with all the amenities. It is our dream vacation spot and we can't wait to go back. We took friends with us who had never been there and they loved it as well. The 4 of us will be back for sure. It is a good place for outdoor type families but I think it is better for us less adventuresome types who like sitting on the large deck, enjoying the views and the sound of the creek.

We loved Junipine Resort
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/29/07
We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Junipine Resort and we didn"t want to leave. It was so quiet and relaxing. The view from our deck was just beautiful. There were four of us and we found we had more than enough room and privacy. We had a fire every night! We really can't wait to come back when we can stay longer.

A Wonderful, Relaxing Getaway
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/13/06
This was my first visit to Junipine, and it was a welcome change to the hectic pace of Phoenix and even Sedona. The cabin was beautifully furnished and quite comfortable. The scenery is awe inspiring and the perfect mix, and the drive into Sedona to shop is not too far. I plan to visit again, and again.
