Situated on the beach in Kauai's main town, these condominiums are low-priced and centrally located. The units offer spacious, no-frills lodgings for families or small groups on a budget. The layout is similar to that of residential condos on Kauai or Maui; two-story brown buildings are clustered on the lawn, with the beach on one side. While these are vacation rentals, they are definitely intended for longer stays; the minimum stay is three days, and monthly rates are available. The Coconut Marketplace, Long's Drugs, Safeway and several other major businesses are nearby.
