1) Housekeeping knocked on door Sunday morning 8:30 despite the Noon checkout. Woke us all up, and there were no "Do not Disturb" door hangers anywhere. 2) Cracks in interior room wall near window despite "newly renovated". 3) Room cards stop working if in proximity to cell phone - They deactivated three times. Requires visit to front desk to reactivate. 4) The 20-something young men at front desk seemed more interested in their laptops than customer attention. 5) No bathtub drain plug to bathe children after day at beach. 6) Terrible continental breakfast selection: Fruit portions small, no creamer for coffee, small danishes in celaphane wrapper, puny muffins, no instant oatmeal. Summary: Although A/C and bed were comfortable, this is not a place for families traveling on weekends. It's too expensive ($108 includes high local taxes) for the quality of service expected and not received for that price. Seems perfect for the traveling businessperson during weekedays.
