Radisson Royal Hotel St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg

Staff is great. No more hotels in the world has such a skilled and smart employees. They can do everything: get tickets, arrange tours, solve any question or problem! If you're planning to visit St. Petersburg, Russia - don't worry this is the hotel you need.

Loved my stay there. We got a good rate to start with, but after asking for a different room with a window (the one we were originally given had a slanted roof window with no roof) they gave us an upgrade to a business class room. Staff were super professional and were able to sort anything requested or required, often without asking for it. Opera tickets, an engineer to take the screws out of the window to be able to open it, an authentic Russian bath, whatever. They made our stay easy and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is first class, if a little pricey. Would always stay at this hotel when in Peter.

We stayed at this hotel twice in 3 months and aside form the rather unimpressive beds, the hotel, staff, location, food and the people watching from the enormous bar/restuarant windows 9especially in February)could not be beat!!
