Everything is Worse than you imagine. The Luxury is nonexistent. The Food is not close to Excellent. the Staff is Very Terrible.

4 us ,It was fantastic,This Holiday (Norouz)My family went 2 dubai,V To0ok Top Club In Taj palace,every thing Was excellent, Room service,comfort,Safety 'n ofcourse kindly staff,Thank God....V decided 2 come back 2 dubai in future,not only 4 dubai attractions But also 4 TAJ PALACE HOTEL!

I have been travelling quite regularly to Dubai with past two years and had to stay in Taj palace for several reasons mainly being the company policy.I have always had problem at the time of check in despite of being booked well ahead of time and paid in advance, but the reception has always kept me waiting for more than 45 minutes,bringing several excuses , such as the room not being ready ! or having forgotten a guest who was requested to take a seat in the lobby! I had to always remind them of my presnce and the time spend from the moment I had arrived at the hotel. The rooms are fine and rather clean.The ones who say it is perfect seems have not seen better 5 star hotels in the world for even less price. The breakfast and the staff WERE good few months ago but there has been some changes in the management resulting in a very poor service and reduced quality of foods and arrangment.Meanwhile I have had bad experience with very noisy halls full of children , though the front dest was kind enough to move me to e quiet room after compalining.

I have stayed in TAJ Palace for 5 nights in Octeber 2006. (I don't know why it took me a year to write this review). Location: very close to Airport, Shopping Malls, restaurant, supermarkets. All what I nedded was in a walking distance! The size of the room was larger than most of the rooms I stayed in in many hotels. Facilities and decorations are just great. Although the room was very clean (very very), you will notice that furnitures are getting old. When I checked-in there was a smell in the room. I reported this problem and I have been given another room right a way. As my flight was scheduled to arrive early in the morning, I sent an email to the General Manager (Helmut Meckelburg) asking him for an early check-in. Although he was outside UAE at that time, he replied very quickly and his responce was positive. I (Thanks Helmut). Finally, I would love to stay again in this hotel but enjoy trying different hotel every year.

taj palace is more than you expect. the rooms are extra large and the bed is really reallly comfortable. interiors and washrooms are excellent. everything gives u a luxurious feeling.hotel staff is really good and helping and friendly. everyday there is a mint chocolate on your bed.. i just love the hotel. concierge was extremely helpful to us and we even got tickets to wild wadi really cheap. spa , fitness centre and swimming pool all is great. hotel breakfast is also really good. there was no bad point in this hotel that me or my family could find. it was more than we expected ... i would rate the hotel 10 on 10 because it deserves it. best for families.the location was really convenient. it is worth all the money. i justt loooovvvveeedddd ittt!!!!!

Really good luxurious hotel. very good rooms at affordable prices. The interior is also quite lavish and the service is good. Love to go back.

i realy like every thing .its great to stay in ahotel that makes you feel comfrotable enjoing all the facelaties provided with awarm and friendly staff.if i am going again taj palace will be the one specialy for moslems who look for non alcaholek hotel.try it and i know that you will love it.

Beautiful hotel in the city centre. High ceilings with a luxurious interior. The rooms are clean. When we arrived we were presented with peach juice drinks and everything was taken care off. As we came with the whole family the hotel gratuitously upgraded to an apartment, which was very spacious and spotless. The hotel has a few small shops and a gym. There is also a pool on the roof of the hotel, which is always kept clean. There are many restaurants in the hotel with different cultures, so would suit everyone. Breakfast was held in the Turkish restaurant. Breakfast comprised of a large buffet with everything from smoked salmon, salad, shinglish, cereal to orange juice croissants and toast! When we went during the xmas period, there were many festivities and themed nights at the restaurants with lovely ice sculptures and fruit carvings! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!
