The hygiene and cleanliness was very poor and doesn't meet my expectations. I found coakroaches crawling on the tables. The bedsheet full of dust and during check in, i found usable soap in the bathroom. The surrounding areas also was not impressed (all massages center) and it potrays the bad image of the budget hotel. Never come again.

Writing this from the Hotel's business center. I think this hotel deserves better than what the reviews made it out to be. The location of the hotel that is close to the airport (20 minutes away) makes it convenient for me to zip in and out the country for official duties. In fact the hotel is just 15 minutes away from the Sepang International Circuit (according to the staff). I may just come back to this hotel for the F1 Grand Prix. Room is comfortable and clean. Bathroom with many amenities like toothbrush and razor, you did not expect these from a 3 star hotel. The hotel is just next to a hypermarket for all your needs (shopping & food), Mc Donalds is also next to the hotel. Food at the Coffee Garden is reasonably priced with excellent service from the ever smiling staff. Will check out the place for lunch after this. They even provide free shuttle services to the surrounding areas. Will definately come back again, at least for the F1 Grand Prix.

i was recommended by agent in KLIA - i would NOT ask my enemies to stay here. I had cockroaches and bedbugs crawling all over the bed and shower room. No help from hotel to change room nor refund!!!! Please stay away

The receptionist who answer the phone call sound very unfriendly and did not answer the question correctly. not helpful at all!

The room is dirty and uncomfortable, no extra towels, Old bedsheets, no shower creams or soaps. The toilet and shower are in a bad condition. With room price RM 230 per day is the room not worth spending for and i´m not satisfied.
