The large rooms will make you want to return
By ,
The casino layout and food court ias easy to get around. The front desk staffs were very professional. We got upgraded and got this huge room with one large bath and shower plus one addtional bathroom with commode and sink only. The living room was separate from the bedroom so that gives you an idea how big this place is. The staff that deals with the young crowd wishing to go to the Ghost Bar can be down right rude and make you feel unwelcomed. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

HStay away from this hotel
By ,
My husband was there on business and I came for a mini vacation. He met me for dinner. The Palms had many mistakes. I was in the gift shop and they would not let me charge, but they did previously at spa, gift shop.I came back to talk to manager and bring my visa. I was going to buy some souvenirs. As I was leaving stores security harassed me and asked me about a pink shirt which i did not even look at. I became offended and stated to look at my bag and my room and that i was being harassed. I have to admit I am a fairly big shopper and i told security i have shopped all over, and stayed all over the country at top motels and never treated like this, he stated "your in vegas". I have called managers and have not any satisfaction. dont stay there I

Had a great experience!
By ,
As a group of twenty-somethings, we loved the fact that the we didn't even have to leave the hotel to go to some great nightclubs. I recommend Rain and Ghostbar, just check when each of them are open so you don't get disappointed when you get there. We had a great vegas experience-- the rooms were good and we didn't ask for anything really but the service seemed great!

Floating in the Bathroom
By ,
I just got off the phone with my niece and she and 2 of her friends are staying at the Palms right now. She said her room was terrible. The bathroom floor was soaking wet. They called the front desk to complain. They sent up a fan to dry the floor and it blew the dust all over the room. She said it was like being in a dust storm. They called the front desk again and asked for another room. They were told the hotel was full.

Rude Security
By ,
I tried to get into the Palms just after midnight, expecting no problems at all, although I am only 18. I was there to say hi to a friend, an Assistant hotel manager with whom I've become acquainted with over several visits and stays in both the Fantasy and Palms Tower. I'm a huge fan of the Maloofs, and support and follow them in every way possible. This visit, I was extremely disappointed and offended to say the least. I was stopped upon entering, and told that because I was a minor, I was not allowed on the property at that time. This would have been acceptable, however the security officer was extremely rude and abrasive in our encounter. I attempted to be friendly, apologize and acquaint myself with him. He refused to give me his name or shake my hand, and demanded I immediately leave the property. I was extremely offended, and don't believe that Mr. Maloof would have approved of the security guard's behavior. Bad form.

Best Vacation I've Ever Had
By ,
99% of my experience with the Palms is extremely positive. I got a basic package there that ran me under $200 and the room I got was GORGEOUS. I heard it was nice, but couldn't get over how nice the room was. Palms is connected with some great clubs..we went to Rain and Playboy Club while we were there and both were an awesome time (especially Playboy). We went to two restaurants at the hotel (n9ne and nove), both were great, but n9ne was exceptionally good (great great steak). Customer service was good as well (although we didn't really need anybody that much). The only time we called on them was for extra shampoo and they delivered it quickly. The only downside would be that if you're on a tight budget, you can easily spend a lot of money while you're in the clubs or playing a table game at the hotel. As long as you set aside a budget and make sure not to spend more than you have, you'll be ok. I managed to win $500 on craps so no complains here. Crowd there seemed to be from 21-35. I wouldn't recommend any families staying there, but if you're young and enjoy nightlife I definitely recommend the Palms. The only hotel I hear that compares is MGM and Bellagio and they are both a lot more expensive.

My sister was trying to defend herself against this drunk whore which was at least 3 times older then we are and because she worked as a CLUBWHORE the ones who lure people into the casino clubs they right away took her side. NO EXPLAINATIONS!!! They took my wallet and my sisters we were released 4 hours later told my wallet was in lost and found when i got it back $200 were missing. THE SECURITY STOLE IT!!! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. THIS PLACE IS THE GHETTO!!

Two Bachelor Parties at Palms
By ,
Have only been with friends for bachelor parties & Palms was a great time. Good location for other Vegas activities but also a ton to within Palms. Decent rooms at affordable price. Great pool scene - rent one of the cabanas. Solid gaming options for the gamblers in the group. Not difficult to find a Black Jack table and the dealers always make it a great time. Pretty good sports book. Staff at the Hotel is extremely professional and service is great. Helped us book a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon that was a real treat. Restaurant and Nightlife options good too. We lined up a table on the deck at Ghost one night and that was a blast.

the best place ever
By ,
me and my girlfriends met at the palms in december and from the moment we arrived they treated us with such class , first we were all given free upgrades because of a reservation mishap. Two of us were treated to three nights in the fantasy tower while the other four were in the palms tower on the 50th floor overlooking the fabulous las vegas strip, the rooms were so amazing some strangers wanted to take photos from our view. The food there was great, the ghost bar was off the hook, and we left there extremly pleased i would recommend it to anyone at any age. This expierience make reserving rooms in other very diffucult, because our expectation have taken to a whole other level.
