Marriotts Harbour Lake, Orlando

This resort is a very family friendly resort. My kids enjoyed every minute of it! From the many slides, pools, splash park, putt-putt golf to the many activites in captains quarters and the game room. We only left the resort one day, for Magic Kingdom, there was so much to do! We are going back again next summer for sure!

We liked everything about this place......I'm thinking the review I just read found themself on the wrong sight when they wrote there review.........we only ever stay at marriotts and everyone who ever has knows that fellow not only when to the wrong web sight but also to the wrong vacation club..............lol better luck next time buddy :-)

This place was great for my grandchildren. They enjoyed the games and pools available. However for my husband and I senior citizens, it wasn't that great. They didn't have the general store we have been accustomed to at Marriott property. My one daughter and her family came for a day and had a blast.My cell phone didn't work anywhere in the unit or even on the balcony. The furniture was not up to Marriott standards and showed use and dirt.

This place is a joke. We own three other timeshares and have to say we will never return.....They are understaffed, poorly managed and maintenance is a joke....we entered our unit and the keycard reader broke, called maintenance and was told they would be back to fix it in the morning. We left 6 days later and never saw them or fixed it. Master shower handle went flying off on use, appliances were broken, dented or rusting....place was built as cheap as could be with cheap fixtures and furnishings. We went on the Sales pitch meeting and the sales person finally told us that this resort and one in Missouri were the company's only remaining joint ventures with management companies and Marriott had retaken management of this facility back from the franchisee because of the complaints.....Housekeeping is a joke, payed extra for cleaning only to be told they missed us and would be back tomorrow....FYI they clean rooms til 5:30 pm....Who wants their rooms cleaned during dinner???? I am a marriott rewards member and this place does not come close to marriott caliber at all!!!! Dont waste your money....

Just got back from one wk stay. It was a slice of heaven! Kids did not want to leave. Pool(s)/water areas (the whole place) was clean and very fun. Great staff. The tall water slide (plunge) is perfect for all ages, and the pirate pool is a great area to relax w/ toddlers or older kids (multiple kiddie water slides, canons, etc). It's amazing to me that no matter what bldg you are in, it takes no time to get where you want to be -- the lay out is perfect -- the place is not too big, but still tons to do and never seems crowded-- mini golf, 3 pool areas, hot tub, table tennis, play area, raquet ct, grill/bar, arcade, fitness ctr and huge fishing/sitting area off of the lake. The villas were also very clean, large & contemporary (3 flat screens in the 2 bdrm units). Super comfortable mattresses, feather pillows and comforters with covers -- no ugly bedspreads. The coolest shower head in master bath. Washer/dryer in every unit. Tiled kitchen/bath. All amenities you could possibly need. Great flexible activities for all ages (kids, teen, adult). E.g. pool exercise class, cane pole fishing, scooter racing, scavenger hunts, parents' night out, ice cream socials, mixed drink class. Marriott owned so always reliable service. You call, they answer your need. 10-15 min from Disney parks depending on traffic. Next door to SeaWorld. Highly recommend it; it was our best family vacation bar none. Great security too.

We stayed here for our disney's vacation. The place is new, very nice and clean, the service staff is super nice. But do not fall for the sale pitch while you are there. They will try to sale you timeshare. If you want to buy it then buy it, but DO NOT put any deposit down if you're not sure, because you never see it again and they will not return your call if you want the refund from your deposit and . Stay away from (their sales staff) Stacy Robertucci, Frank Lopez and Joe Hallimen. They will rip you off.

When we got to our room we were completely taken back. It was our home away from home. The two older kids had their own bed in their room, which meant no fights. The heated pool was a huge plus. We stayed at the pool at night for a couple of hours and the kids had a blast. We had to call down twice to get the pack n play and high chair sent up but other than that the place was awesome. We can't wait to go back.

Our family comes here and we love it. The resort is getting better all the time, with a new things to do on the grounds, you can't go wrong by being at Horizon's. Not to mention, you have access to so many areas of entertainment in this area. Give it a try, I know you'll come back again!!!!!!!!!!!

My 3 boys had the most fun here! It's so close to everything, especially Sea World. But really it's so fun, you don't have to do a lot of other things. Great times!

i like this plsce specially for his peacefull ambient and great tranquility wich produce the real vacational joy wich is realy inportant thing for me.
