Holiday Inn Express Suites Orangebrg, Orangeburg

We enjoyed everything from the friendly day staff on the check in date of July 3 the young lady was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were extremely nice and clean.The beds slept so good my family and I thought we were at home.That was our first nite in a suite and it really felt like royalty and the 2 televisions were great for the children. The pool area and lounge and deck and exercise room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome and the man that brought the food out was so very pleasant and concern and made us feel comfortable. I didnt see not one person smoking there and I thought that was good. Our overall experience was great we hope to return in about 2 wks from now and hope that everythang and everyone is still the same.

We had a very nice stay here in Orangeburg. Our family enjoyed it very much. The rooms were very clean , the staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the beds were the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. We were on our way home from Charleston SC and had stopped off in Orangeburg to eat at the CrackerBarrel and decided that we were all exhausted and would stay overnight . During our trip to Charleston SC I was so dissappointed with our room at the doubletree and I was dreading staying in a hotel again but to my relief the rooms at the Holiday Inn Express were very clean and inviting. My two children loved the indoor pool. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to south Carolina.

The hotel is comfortable and strategically located near interstate 26 and several restaurant. My main complaint with this hotel is that each time I get a room without a prior reservation, the only thing available is the suite which is a much higher price than the other rooms.

Stayed at this hotel four times within the past six weeks. While I like the rooms and the amenities, I've experienced repeated problems with their staff including-- - Didn't get the wake-up call - They confirmed a king size bed didn't have one when I arrived - They 'lost my reservation'. While everybody is nice, they just don't get it... I will not make any arrangements anymore through their local staff but only through Holiday Inn USA, if I have to stay at this hotel
