Comfortable room & lobby, moderately upscale decor, nice exercise room, very professional staff. Business friendly, good corporate rate. Continental breakfast fairly average but plenty of fresh fruit available, a bonus. Definitely recommend for the professional traveler.

We stayed here on our wedding night. The customer service was beyond expectation. The staff was naturally friendly, but more than that, they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and the location was ideal...that is, if you're traveling to Cleveland, TN! The staff allowed us to check in 2 hours before set check-in time (3pm). However, they didn't let us know that the continental breakfast ended at 9am. Needless to say, we missed that breakfast. The room was clean, but the vents could have used a good dusting (if you notice that kind of stuff). Overall, it's a great place to stay for business or pleasure.

Overall the room was good and the breakfast food could have been better managed. The breakfast management was poor, the food was average and the staff weren't kind, helpful or courteous.
