Not Good
By Bristol, 12/29/08
This place look's great from the outside...Inside was okay...but I found semen stains on the end table...mirror...headboard...and the t.v. stand...and the t.v. was 12 feet away....some powerful blast.

Don't forget your belongings
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/18/08
I left some articles of clothing in the armour in my room. The next day after my check-out I called the hotel to see if my belongings had been found. I was told that I would get a call back after they talked to the maid. No call was ever returned. After several more phone calls with promises of calling me back and no returned phone calls, I was informed 5 days later that my belongings were no longer in the room. I was not offered any compensation and was told that lost items were not their responsibility. Although, I admit that I am the one who left behind the items, it would have been nice if my concern was acknowled by the staff/management at this inn and actually handled in a professional manor.

Over Rated Inn
By Adida, 07/29/08
The value of this inn is for location only. Condition of room was very run down. A boutique style hotel it is not! No basic products in room such as shampoo, lotion etc. in room, only a package of two cotton balls and a shoe buffing cloth....so make sure to bring your own. The continental breakfast provided with room, is your choice of three cold cereals in tupperware containers, hard-boiled eggs and coffee or juice, and you can enjoy this in a small stark room that is vacant most of the time. Checking out.... no one at desk for 5min....and then three members of the staff roll in and ask if you need help....DUH

what a waste of money
By Sara, 07/15/07
The night desk clerk actually laughed into the phone when I requested a few extra towels. Then she said, "Well that's not going to happen". Overpriced, rude unhelpful staff (one true exception was a wonderful woman named Rafi at the front desk), cheap blankets, very stingy with the soap, shampoo, etc. Bristol is a beautiful town, and this place does offer good location.

Icky carpet!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/07/07
The rooms were cheap looking, bed linens and carpet were old and the walls are thin (you can hear all the goings on in your neighbor's room). The continental breakfast was poor. However, the location can not be beat. Overall, not worth the money. I suggest staying at a local bed and breakfast and walk into town. The surrounding neighborhoods are charming; the walk is easy.

Did Not Like It
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/09/07
Spent two nights here had planned on five. Definately a mom and pop style hotel lacking much of a clue. It is a budget side of the road motel. The owner has the personality of a rock and really should leave the business to professionals. Moved on to Newport. Though Bristol was a nice town!

Not a good experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/17/06
We were at the Inn for a wedding. Our first indication of trouble was when the vending machines ate our money. when we reported it to the desk we were told, "What do you want us to do about it?" Then a member of our party reported a problem with the sink in the room. Again, "What do you want us to do about it?" the climax came when a water pipe broke in the ceiling of one the rooms in our party. First we were told that this was impossible since there were no rooms above. Well, come up and see the waterfall!!! Then, we were informed - point blank - there are no other rooms to transfer to. So, what are we to do at midnight???? The staff and owners were condescending, discourteous, arrogant, and rude. It was as if it was our fault that the pipe broke. They finally moved the "wet" party to another facility - 20 miles away. We understand the situation, but the attitude of the staff and management was unbelievable. Obviously they skipped the hospitality part of the service industry.

few waterfront views
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/23/06
We liked the convenience, but were disapointed that few rooms have a view of anything. Typical comfort inn type. We bought our room on a wholsale sight but found a lack of parking a real problem. It is not romantic and the appointments are below average.
