DONT EXPECT WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I reserved a "romance package" weekend for my husband and myself, per the website, it included a jacuzzi tub, champagne, and breakfast in the am. We were disappointed to find only the tub, when we asked at the front desk, they had no idea what I was talking about and "unable" to give me a discount on the room. Staff was unfriendly and rude, although my husband and I are not the "Hilton" type people, we were paying the same money and should have gotten what we paid for!
