Front desk service sucks!

Hotel location is great; however, the front desk gals are very rude and stuck up. They think that they are beyond everyone else, including the guests, by just working there.

Last Visit:July 2005Great for:Families, Singles, BusinessGreat location, across from beach and park. Also across from a nice open door cafe/ice cream place. The hotel is rather clean and good value. However, the night club in the hotel played music way too loud at night

Nha Trang Lodge Hotel is such a good hotel - It's a great place for your holidays in Nha Trang

Things I like about this hotel are its location (near the beach, you can see the beach through the window), cleanliness (it's quite clean), food (the food is good), good service (you can feel very comfortable staying here). I don't have any dislike about this hotel. (Everything is OK)
