Beautiful hotel, uneducated staff member

the hotel is wonderful and clean! However, the front desk staff was not so great, well I shouldnt say that, only one in particular. Two nights I went to the desk for something and had to wait, the label on the phone said dial 0 for assistance, so I did. I literally waited 5-10 minutes until someone came to the desk, it wasnt even a front desk employee. When the desk employee arrived she seemed as if she had no idea what was going on and was irritated that I needed something, she smelled horribly like smoke which is abosutly discusting. The second night she was on a personal phone call, to me this didnt matter but she finished up her phone converstation then got to me. This is rude and very uprofessional, something should definitly be done about her. I was going to speak to the assistant manager but like the hotel itself was nice and I do not feel as if I should be compensated for an unprofessional staff member who needs to focus on her job verus her personal life during her shift. I will return again but I must say I hope she isn't there. She seemed like she was literally in a fog, i apologize if something was wrong with her, but then she shouldnt be working alone!!
