Not for families

When we arrived the hotel looked very nice. Check in was easy and friendly. Maid service was limited to one day a week and we had to empty our own garbage. There were five in our party and they were unable to provide a cot or roll-away bed , so one of had to sleep on the floor. Our first room was small and on the 3rd floor which wasn't a big deal , but the hotel clerk switched us to another room on the first floor due to the 5 in our family. The 2nd night into our stay a group moved into the room directly above us and were running and jumping and made so much noise ,we thought a basketball game was going on and this was approx. 1 AM. There is no one on duty between 11 pm and 6 am. so we used the emergency number to complain. The banging and carrying on went for hours. Inquiring in the mornng to the manager of the hotel they were caring but could not correct the situation. The same thing happened the following night except we had to deal with the flooding of the air conditioning room that flooded our room. We were however offered another room but the only room avaiable was a room with 1 king bed. So we cut our vacation short and headed out of town.
They did however accept pets which was a plus and there was never an issue as far as annoying barking or waste.
Last but not least , the halls were dirty and stained and the area outside the side doors were cluttered with bags, beer bottles and cans and many cigarette butts laying around because the ashtrays were filled with cups.
Maybe it was just a bad week, but as a family we will Never stay at this location or chain again.
