Worst experience EVER

We were given a rate over the phone when we booked for 249$ When we got there they said we need to charge for your kids, so now the rate is 348$-(even though they said the rates are not per person/child, etc.and the website says children free!+our children are under 3) they said its revolving rates, we can charge whatever we want, and it changes by the hour. we got there and the room wasnt clean, we called to have it cleaned while we were at dinner, and it wasnt done. we then left in the morning for the island, and came back at 3:30, and still not clean. we told them we were leaving and not staying the second night, and the manager said"I dont care, theres the door, but I have your credit card number, and I am going to charge you anyway. oh, and now the rate is 408$, so maybe I will charge you that" ( even though we checked out and didnt stay there) there have been many complaints to the better business bureau about this, and I cant believe how rude, unprofessional, and mocking the manager was. awful awful awful
